Difnørtian Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Difnørtian provides a limited warranty for eligible Ø-Core Series products purchased directly from Difnørtian.

The warranty lasts for 6 months from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

This Limited Warranty applies only to verified defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal and intended use.

What Is Covered

Examples of issues that may qualify for warranty coverage include:

  • Abnormal separation between the surface and base

  • Manufacturing-related bubbling or delamination

  • Defective or improperly finished stitching

  • Other material or workmanship failures that materially affect normal use of the product

Warranty eligibility is determined after review of the specific issue and supporting information.

What Is Not Covered

The Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear from regular use

  • Gradual changes in glide, surface feel, texture, appearance, or performance characteristics

  • Dirt, oils, sweat, stains, odor, or discoloration

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning

  • Soaking or machine washing

  • Use of harsh cleaning chemicals

  • Damage caused by excessive heat or moisture

  • Improper storage

  • Folding, creasing, or deformation caused after delivery

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Pet damage

  • Cuts, burns, punctures, or damage caused by sharp objects

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Preference-based concerns involving glide, control, speed, size, thickness, cushioning, softness, firmness, or similar subjective characteristics

  • Minor manufacturing or material variations that do not materially affect normal use

Product Care

To help maintain your product:

Wipe gently with a damp microfiber cloth. Do not soak.

Damage resulting from improper care may not qualify for warranty coverage.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty review, contact:

support@difnortian.com

Please provide:

  • Your order number or other proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the affected area

  • Photographs showing the full product

Difnørtian may also request:

  • Additional photographs

  • Close-up photographs

  • Video of the issue

  • Additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim

  • Return of the product for inspection

Submitting a claim does not automatically mean the claim is covered.

Warranty Review

Difnørtian will review the information provided to determine whether the issue qualifies as a defect in materials or workmanship under this Limited Warranty.

In some cases, the product may need to be returned for further inspection before a final determination can be made.

Available Remedies

If a warranty claim is verified, Difnørtian may provide, at its discretion:

  • Replacement with the same product

  • Replacement with a comparable product

  • A refund

The appropriate remedy may depend on the nature of the issue, product availability, and other relevant circumstances.

Difnørtian will cover applicable shipping costs associated with a verified warranty claim.

A refund is not automatically required where another appropriate warranty remedy is available.

Replacement Product Warranty

If a product is replaced under this Limited Warranty, the replacement product will remain covered for:

  • The remainder of the original 6-month warranty period, or

  • 60 days from delivery of the replacement product

whichever period is longer.

Original Purchaser Only

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Products purchased secondhand or transferred to another person are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

Purchases From Third Parties

Products purchased through a retailer, marketplace, reseller, or other third party may be subject to that seller's policies.

Difnørtian may request proof that the product was purchased through an authorized sales channel before providing warranty support.

Giveaway, Promotional, Creator, and Complimentary Products

Giveaway prizes, creator samples, promotional units, and other products provided free of charge are not covered by this formal Limited Warranty.

If a complimentary product experiences a genuine manufacturing issue, Difnørtian may review the issue and provide a replacement or other resolution at its discretion.

Limitation of This Warranty

This Limited Warranty provides specific remedies for qualifying defects in materials or workmanship.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Changes to This Warranty

Difnørtian may update this Limited Warranty from time to time.

For a purchased product, the warranty terms applicable to that purchase will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
