This website is operated by Difnortian LLC (“Difnørtian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service govern your use of difnortian.com, including your access to the website, customer accounts, products, purchases, communications, and other services made available through the site.

By using the website, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or submit an order.

Our Store

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Certain website, checkout, account, payment, and commerce functionality may also involve Shopify services and other third-party providers.

Use of the Website

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Use the website in violation of applicable law
• Provide fraudulent, false, or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code

Difnørtian does not guarantee that use of a product will improve aim, accuracy, competitive ranking, gaming performance, tournament results, or other performance outcomes.

Product Availability

Products may be offered in limited quantities and may sell out.

• Restrict certain orders
• Discontinue products
• Correct inventory errors
• Cancel orders affected by unavailable inventory

Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee continued availability.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency made available for your applicable market or checkout experience.

Prices may change before an order is accepted.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include:

Any applicable charges collected by Difnørtian will be shown during checkout where supported.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase from Difnørtian.

An order is accepted when it is shipped.

Before shipment, we may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary because of:

• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Shipping restrictions
• Obvious pricing or listing errors
• Other material order-processing issues

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order.

This includes, where applicable:

• Email address
• Billing information
• Shipping address
• Product selection
• Quantity
• Shipping method

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, failed delivery, additional charges, or cancellation.

Payments

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.

Payments may be processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.

We may hold, cancel, or refuse an order where payment cannot be verified or where fraud is reasonably suspected.

Early Release

Certain products may be offered through an Early Release before inventory is available for immediate shipment.

Early Release orders are accepted and paid for before the applicable inventory reaches our fulfillment location.

Expected fulfillment timing shown on the website is an estimate and may change because of production, freight, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

An Early Release order may be cancelled before fulfillment in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, Early Release offers, creator codes, and other promotions may be subject to specific:

• Eligibility requirements
• Expiration dates
• Usage limits
• Combination restrictions
• Product restrictions

Discounts have no separate cash value.

Promotional and creator codes may not be:

• Fraudulently obtained
• Automatically exploited
• Sold or transferred in violation of their applicable terms
• Used to circumvent stated limits

Creator codes may be publicly shared where authorized as part of a Difnørtian creator collaboration.

Giveaways, contests, and similar promotions may be governed by separate Official Rules.

Shipping

Shipping availability, processing times, carrier information, delivery estimates, international shipping terms, and related shipping matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Difnørtian currently ships to eligible destinations in the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec, subject to the Shipping Policy.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Ordinary change-of-mind returns for Ø-Core mousepads require the product to remain sealed and unopened, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Limited Warranty

Eligible Ø-Core Series products purchased directly from Difnørtian may be covered by our separate Limited Warranty.

The Limited Warranty contains the applicable warranty period, coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, and available remedies.

Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may restrict or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or another violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Difnørtian website and its original content, branding, product identity, graphics, photography, written materials, and other proprietary materials are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Difnortian LLC.

Nothing on the website grants permission to reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Difnørtian materials.

Community and Creator Content

Difnørtian may occasionally ask customers, creators, artists, or community members for permission to feature content relating to our products or brand.

Tagging, mentioning, or sending content to Difnørtian does not by itself grant us unrestricted commercial usage rights.

Any additional content-usage rights may be agreed separately where appropriate.

Feedback and Suggestions

If you voluntarily provide general product feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations, we may use that feedback to improve our products, services, or business.

This does not automatically transfer ownership of commissioned artwork, creator content, or other separately protected intellectual property.

Reviews

Customers may be able to submit product reviews through services made available on our website.

Reviews reflect individual experiences and opinions and do not guarantee identical results for other users.

Reviews may be moderated where reasonably necessary for fraud, spam, unlawful content, irrelevant content, abuse, or violations of applicable review guidelines.

Difnørtian does not control all third-party websites or services.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms may be brought before courts with appropriate jurisdiction in King County, Washington.

Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to a consumer.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

If Difnørtian does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean the provision has been waived.
